I hold two master’s degrees in psychology: an M.A. in Holistic Counseling Psychology from John F. Kennedy University (with an emphasis in Expressive Arts Therapy and a specialization in Buddhist Psychology) and an M.A. in Depth Psychology (Jungian and Archetypal) from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where I am currently a doctoral candidate in the dissertation phase.
 

I am also certified in the MBTI® and have additional training in Hakomi, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
